Formerly Goodman Factors, Dallas-based Goodman Capital Finance’s leadership team approached Dallas SEO Dogs to help with their re-brand. With a site more than 7-8 years old, the Web design and development effort required a complete overhaul. The website made a great company look very outdated.
Before we began our work, the website was holding back this client’s success in digital marketing. “Factor in” poor SEO and their search rankings were abysmal. Visitors typically visited many competitor sites before theirs. The site speed and overall poor user experience resulted in a very high bounce rate. In short, they were losing a huge number of potential leads because of the website, and wasting advertising dollars.
The client was also concerned about a high-end, professional website making the company appear “expensive”. We counteracted that with content and advertising that shows the company as tech-savvy and organized. We emphasized experience and competitive rates. Trust badges (industry/associations), client logos, testimonials and other aspects add credibility, too.
Above all, we helped users find what they need to find quickly. After we finished the web design and development work, the SEO team worked its magic. Visitors had a much faster and better overall experience. The site scored a 93 out of 100 on Google’s PageSpeed Insights. The result? The site’s bounce rate dropped by more than 60%. Search visibility rose. Visits from organic and paid ads resulted in many more quality leads.
